Questions we get

How long does a site take?

A simple one-page presence can move quickly once we have your words and photos. A shop with a catalog, accounts, or POS hookup takes longer because we scope it together first. We will give you a straight range after that conversation — not a fake two-week promise.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. We build it so you can change photos and text without calling us. We are still around for the parts you should not have to touch.

Do you work with businesses outside Texas?

Yes. Most of the work is by phone and video. We are based in North Texas if you are nearby. A boot store in Mississippi or Louisiana is the same kind of project as a shop down the road.

How long does it take to get my site up?

A one-page starter is usually live in about two to three weeks once we have photos and wording. Bigger sites take four to eight. The hold-up is almost always photos and wording, and we help with both. You still get a written range after we scope it.

Can I update the site myself, or do I have to call you for every little change?

You can. We show you how to swap photos and edit text before launch. Rather not? Small business sites include small updates every month.

Who owns the site and the domain when we're done?

You do. Domain, accounts, and content go in your name, so you're never locked in.

What happens if the site goes down on a weekend?

Email us. Hosting includes backups and monitoring, and a person picks up, not a ticket queue. Down sites get watched on weekends; we reply as soon as we're at a keyboard. Other requests typically get a reply the next business day.

Why don't you list prices?

Because no two shops need the same thing. Tell us what you need and you get a written quote before any work starts.

We're small and on a tight budget. Is a one-page site worth it?

Yes. Your hours, location, and a way to reach you get you found on Google. Grow it into a bigger site when you're ready.

Can you get us on Google Maps and help with reviews?

Yes. Our Local SEO add-on sets up and maintains your Google Business Profile and makes it easy for happy customers to leave reviews.

Do I need an app, or just a better website?

Usually the website first. An app pays off when repeat customers would use it every week, for ordering, loyalty, or bookings. Not sure? Ask and we'll tell you straight.
