Retail stores

A small retail website that matches the register

An ecommerce website for a retail store has to survive a Tuesday on the floor: inventory, pickup, shipping, and a contact form that actually arrives. We build those sites and keep them hosted.

Let's talk about your store

What retailers call us about

Orders do not match the POS

The website sold a size you do not have. Lightspeed, Shopify, or Stripe is one source of truth too many.

The catalog is a mess

Hundreds of SKUs, photos from a phone, and a theme that cannot show variants without looking broken.

The site is slow or “not secure”

Paid ads land on a spinner. Phones bounce. Google treats the shop like it is closed.

What we built for shops like this

Western retail is the work we can name without a press kit: a boot store in Tupelo, Mississippi, and a boot store in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Same problems as a lot of independent retail — catalog, hosting, a person who answers.

Custom, not a cookie-cutter theme

Built for how you sell, including a simple one-page presence if that is all you need today.

POS and inventory hookups

Connect the site to the tools you already use so the numbers match.

Hosted and looked after

Backups, SSL, and a real reply when the form stops landing in your inbox.

Questions we get

Should we stay on Shopify?

Sometimes. Sometimes a custom site is cleaner. We will say which, after we see how you sell. Read Shopify vs. a custom site.

Can you pick up a store someone else built?

Yes. Document what is there, recover access, keep it running, or rebuild if it is cheaper than fighting the old stack.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes, by phone and video. Nationwide is the default.
